3. Allergens in drinks and cocktails
Some drinks and cocktails may contain allergens or substances that cause an intolerance.
Possible examples include:
● milk or dairy products in cream liqueurs, milk-based cocktails, or drinks with foam;
● egg white in some cocktails;
● nuts or nut syrups in cocktails and desserts;
● peanuts or peanut products in certain ingredients;
● soy in some syrups, sauces, or ready-made ingredients;
● sulfates in wines, sparkling wines, vermouth, and some other alcoholic beverages;
● gluten in some beers, malt beverages, or grain-based products.
The exact information depends on the specific product, brand, recipe, and ingredients used.
4. Allergens in food and menu products
If the menu includes food, snacks, desserts, or other products, they may contain allergens depending on the ingredients used.
Information about specific allergens should be indicated next to the relevant product in the digital menu or provided by the staff upon request.
If the recipe, supplier, or ingredient changes, the allergen information may also change.
5. Cross-contact and cross-contamination
Various products and ingredients are stored, prepared, and served on the premises.
It is possible that a product does not contain a given allergen as an ingredient but may have come into contact with allergen-
containing ingredients through surfaces, dishes, utensils, shakers, blenders, garnishes, or other preparation and serving equipment.
We cannot fully guarantee an allergen-free environment.
If you have a severe allergy, please explicitly notify the staff before ordering.
6. How to obtain information
You can obtain allergen information in the following ways:

● through the information provided for a specific product;
● by asking the staff on site;
● by contacting us in advance when making a reservation or inquiry.
If in doubt, do not order a product until you have received additional information from the staff.
7. Advance drink selection
If, when making a reservation or registration, you choose a drink or cocktail in advance, please check the allergen information for the relevant product.
If you have an allergy or intolerance, please indicate this in the note accompanying your reservation or inform the staff upon arrival.
Selecting a drink in advance does not guarantee that the product is suitable for all allergies or dietary restrictions.
8. Customer responsibility
Customers with allergies, intolerance, or special dietary requirements should inform the staff before ordering.
Please do not rely solely on the visual description, photo, or name of a product. Some allergens may be present in ingredients, syrups, liqueurs, garnishes, sauces, or ready-made products without this being evident from the product's name.
