These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website Naklona.com, as well as access to information, reservations, menus,

events, and other functionalities provided through the site.

By using the site, the user acknowledges these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

In these Terms and Conditions, the merchant may also be referred to as "Naklona", "we", "us", or "our team".

2. Subject of the site

The website Naklona.com provides information and functionalities related to "Naklona" bar, including, but not limited to:

● information about the venue, opening hours, and contacts;
● information about the menu, drinks, cocktails, and other products;
● information about events, promotions, and special offers;
● the ability to send an inquiry or contact form;
● the ability to submit a reservation request;
● the ability to select a drink or cocktail in advance when making a reservation or registration;
● access to the digital menu via QR code;
● user accounts for employees for the purpose of accessing the back-end part of the site - Redrum;

The site has an informational and organizational purpose. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the site does not carry out direct online sales and payment of products or services.

3. Access to the site

The site is accessible to users via an internet browser. Some functionalities may be accessible without registration, while those that are administrative and provide access only to employees, managers, owners, and technical assistants are not publicly accessible.

Naklona has the right to temporarily restrict, interrupt, or change access to the site for the purpose of maintenance, updates, security, or technical improvement.

We do not guarantee that the site will be continuously and error-free accessible, but we will make all reasonable efforts to maintain its normal operation.

4. User accounts

The site does not offer the ability to create and use user accounts.

5. Reservations

The site may provide the ability to submit a reservation request.

Submitting a reservation request does not always automatically mean a confirmed reservation. A reservation is considered confirmed after receiving explicit confirmation from Naklona via the site, email, phone, message, or another specified communication channel.

When making a reservation request, we may ask for information such as name, phone number, email, date and time of visit, number of guests, preferences, and other information necessary to process the request.

Naklona reserves the right to refuse, change, or cancel a reservation in the event of lack of available spaces, technical error, incomplete or incorrect data, force majeure circumstances, changes in opening hours, or another objective reason.

In case of delay, Naklona may hold the table for a limited period of time. The specific period may be indicated in the reservation confirmation or in additional information on the site. Currently, the maximum period for which the table is held is up to 15 minutes from the requested time. After this period has elided, an unfulfilled reservation is considered unfulfilled and subject to cancellation. Nevertheless, you can always contact us in case of delay so that we can try to reschedule the reservation, if possible.

6. Advance drink selection

The site may provide the option, when making a reservation, registration, or other interaction, for the user to select in advance a drink, cocktail, or other product to be prepared or noted as a preference upon arrival.

Selecting a drink in advance serves an organizational purpose and does not constitute a guarantee that the specific product will be available at any given time.

Naklona may offer an alternative product in the event of stock depletion, menu changes, technical error, inability to fulfill the request, or another reason.

Selecting an alcoholic beverage in advance does not override the legal restrictions on the sale and serving of alcohol. Naklona does not sell or serve alcohol to persons under the age of 18 or in other cases where this is prohibited by law, as well as in cases when the person is visibly intoxicated, otherwise impaired, or is exhibiting aggressive or antisocial behavior.

The venue staff has the right to request an identity document for the purpose of age verification, when necessary.

7. Menu, prices, and availability

The information about products, drinks, cocktails, ingredients, allergens, prices, and availability on the site is for informational purposes.

We make efforts to keep the information on the site and in the digital menu up to date, but there may be changes, delays in updating, technical errors, or temporary unavailability of products.

The current prices and availability at the venue take precedence over the information displayed on the site, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Naklona reserves the right to change the menu, ingredients, prices, descriptions, and availability without prior notice.

8. Allergens and ingredient information

Information about allergens and ingredients may be provided through the site, the digital menu, the venue staff, or a separate allergens page.

Users with allergies, food intolerance, or special dietary requirements should notify the staff before ordering.

Although we make efforts to provide accurate information, there may be a risk of cross-contamination or changes in ingredients on the part of suppliers at the venue.

If in doubt about a specific product, please speak to the staff before ordering.
